• 2-3 Pasture Poultry Eggs
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1/4 Tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/2 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1-2 Tbsp Oil or Butter
  • 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 4 Slices Toast Bread

Beat the eggs, milk, cinnamon, vanilla and sugar together until well blended. Heat the oil or butter a frypan until it is hot. Dip slices of bread quickly into the mixture, coating both sides. Do not soak bread.

Cook the coated bread on both sides in the hot oil or butter for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve immediately.
