Ingredients:

  • 3 Pasture Poultry eggs separated and at room temperature
  • 450gm cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 200 g grated cheese
  • 8-10 leaves silverbeet, or spinach (sliced)

Cook the silverbeet then drain and leave to cool.

Mix together the remaining ingredients and then add the silverbeet. Bake at 180 deg C for approximately 1 hour, until the top is starting to become golden.
